Many famous writers have sought inspiration in nature, and their reflections attest to the transformative power of writing in nature. John Muir wrote about the beauty of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, Henry David Thoreau wrote about the tranquility of Walden Pond, and Mary Oliver wrote about the wonder of the natural world.

 

At this retreat, you will have the opportunity to experience the same sense of awe and wonder that these writers felt. The retreat will include guided breathwork sessions, writing prompts and exercises, and plenty of time for solitude and reflection in the beautiful surroundings of Malibu Creek State Park.

Combining breathwork and writing will help you tap into your creative potential, release any blocks or obstacles, and connect with your authentic voice.
