Saturday, September 21 "The Sacred Pause"

This workshop is deep dive into our reactionary patterns and behaviors so that we can come pack to the present moment.. We will explore our habits.  We will playfully identify what our most triggering moments are and identify your patterns and habits of reactivity are. Then, from this awareness, we will learn ways to: 1. Catch ourselves in our reactivity, 2. Learn tools to grow the  Sacred Pause in order to make healthy and less destructive choices in our reactions and 3. Put in place practices to assist us in living a less reactive experience, change our behavior and over all make better decisions when stimulated.
